Of course gardening and yard work will help, but I have also started using a gizmo called the ab lounge
After reading late last night that being overweight reduces your lifespan, I am extra motivated to lose the extra 5-10 lbs before I gain more. I have enough bad habits that may take years off my life, like not getting enough sleep and having a hot temper, I don't need anything else chiseling away at my life.
I'll let you know how it goes!
